Experienced Flooring Consultant/ Estimator
This position is full time flooring consultant/estimator within an assigned Chicago territory.
We offer 2 different compensation packages with unlimited earning potential to fit most reps requirements.
This is a commissioned position, if you require a huge initial base, please do not apply.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Build relationships with Builders, Architects, Designers and Developers.
Ability to find and close your own leads.
Prepare detailed client proposals.
Excellent Follow-up Skills.
Pursue and close all leads and estimates.
Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
In order to qualify you must have the following skills:
1.
Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (performance incentive based).
3.
Good organizational and communication skills, Detail oriented, Energetic and driven 4.
Basic Microsoft app skills and capable of learning estimating & CRM software quickly.
5.
Basic understanding of flooring removal and installation techniques.
6.
Set goals and monitors performance 7.
Capable of multitasking 8.
Desire to continuously hone your selling skills 10.
