Cricket Wireless Solutions Specialist

The Retail Sales Rep will:
- Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories to meet sales goals -Deliver outstanding customer service - Be able to report to higher management on regular basis - Resolve customer issues - Support inventory counts and returns as assigned Required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED - 1 yr.
retail experience, preferably in electronic or department store retail sales and/or customer service - Strong written, verbal persuasion (soft sales) and interpersonal skills - Proficient use of PC computer programs and keyboard skills.
- Proficient cash handling skills, including cash drawer reconciliation.
Preferred
Qualifications:

years of experience in commissioned retail store, , preferably in electronic or department store - 1
years of sales experience in a quota driven environment.
- Proficient use of Point of Sale software (Wireless Standard Preferred).
- Bilingual speaking and writing skills in Spanish - The highest compensation package amongst Cricket Dealers in Chicago.
Our reps earn up to $15 per hour - Base
Commission based on performance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
