Receptionist/ Front Desk/ Customer Service (Lakeview Area, Chicago)
Established salon in the Chicago Lakeview neighborhood is currently looking to fill a Receptionist position.
Daily Responsibilities include:
Face-to-face client interaction Manage on-going store activites and answering phone calls to answer questions and make appointments Manage client expectations about services and assist with questions or concerns Using our in-store software to process service transactions/product sales and book appointments Daily upkeep and cleanliness throughout the salon Work with the Management team to maintain overall store operations, retail inventory and supplies
Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service skills Outgoing personality Ability to multi-task Professional demeanor in any given situation Comfortable on a computer, navigating and using software Ability to work under pressure Experience with cash handling, processing payment transactions Availability to work any day of the week, hours approximately 25-30 hours per week We are looking to fill this position immediately.
