Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Our consulting firm is looking to hire a Business Analyst to work on a contract basis as part of our team embedded within the Global Market Operations division of one of our banking clients.
This role requires:
Knowledge of global market banking operations, including breaks resolution Knowledge of reconciliations and their use in breaks resolution/management Understanding of settlements and payments Excellent problem solving skills Strong data analysis / data mining skills Ability to learn quickly and multi-task Ability to drive all tasks until objectives and dates are met Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate support and escalations Strong communication skills - comfortable in interfacing to a cross-section of groups at various levels including senior management at the Director / Managing Director levels and external clients Establish and maintain working relationship with technology management, business management, project sponsors, vendors, and business clients Demonstrated interest in/ knowledge of global financial markets and current regulatory/legislative agendas.
Ability to start work immediately is desired Other Information:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
