Edward Chicago's premier Roofing and Remodeling company , Established 2003 is growing and we need of an experienced New Construction project / production manager.
( Non Union ) Duties would include and are not limited to:
Daily Scheduling and oversee installation crew production.
Use excellent communication and interpretation skills to meet company objectives.
Overseeing proper ordering and purchasing of material needed to complete projects.
Extensive computer usage used through all processes within job description - Must have extensive Microsoft experience.
Timely follow up with suppliers and field staff in order to maintain schedules.
On site supervision and management of contractors and sub-contractors.
Monitor incoming jobs and positioning within installation schedule.
Communicate with home owners and principles in a professional manner regarding changes in job status, materials and progress of project.
Desire to succeed Ability to effectively multi-task Min 5 years construction installation or project management Computer proficiency a must Detail oriented Can do attitude This is a salaried position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
