com Job Purpose:
Job Duties May Include:
- Making outbound phone calls to potential customers in order to solicit sales for our products and services and ensuring a high close rate of those calls.
- Answering inbound calls from prospective customers solicited through various advertisements.
- Explaining products, services, or pricing to potential customers.
- Obtaining customer information such as name, address and payment method, and entering orders correctly in our system.
Skills/
Qualifications:
- You may be required to work a flexible work schedule that includes weekends and evenings.
40 hours a week minimum are required however overtime is available to total 60 hours a week for those who want it.
- You must have prior sales and/or telemarketing experience, at least 2 years preferable.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A pleasant voice and demeanor on the phone.
- The ability to sit for an extended period of time.
- Experience with methods of promoting and selling products and services, as well as the ability to influence others - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
