Seeking Experienced Leasing Consultant for property in Woodridge (Woodridge)
1.
) Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals showing rental ready units to future tenants'.
2.
) Maintain a professional and friendly presence in the office and all other areas where business is conducted.
3.
) Perform move-ins and move-outs with tenants.
4.
) Conduct all marketing/leasing skills as trained.
5.
) Complete the credit process for all potential tenants as trained.
6.
) Answer incoming phone calls, accept rents and deposits and prepare lease paperwork & renewals, assist in preparation of daily and weekly reports, must be able to work Saturday,& bilingual preferred.
