Maintenance Co Seeking Three Part Time Exp Maintenance - Handyman-Board Up Techs
Maintenance Technician - Emergency Board Up Service New maintenance contractor company will be open for business on January 2nd, we will service a 50 mile radius from Bolingbrook.
We are looking for 2 part time maintenance technicians.
These positions will both start out with unsteady hours but we expect to have full time steady work by spring or early summer as our advertising campaign kicks into high gear.
FIRST SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN We have two part time day shift positions starting between 8 and 10 am, these employees will need to work until the jobs are done for the day.
One employee must have his own insured work truck, 14' plus ladder, basic tools and cordless tools.
We will reimburse mileage at a rate of 57 cents per mile for you to use your own van or pick up truck but all company miles must be logged daily.
SECOND SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Our second shift maintenance technician will start between 4 and 6 PM and work through the evening until all jobs are done.
You will need to furnish your own cell phone, insured work van or truck, hand tools (including cordless drill and circular saw) and 14' ladder or greater.
These requirements are mandatory.
This position will require you to be on call every other weekend during day time hours.
We will reimburse mileage at a rate of 57 cents per mile for you to use your own van or pick up truck but all company miles must be logged daily.
WORK DUTIES FOR ALL TECHNICIANS Light Handyman Work-This includes minor electrical, plumbing, appliance repair or installation etc.
Apartment Maintenance Shopping Plaza Maintenance Grounds Up-Keep Material Pick-Up Foreclosure Clean Outs Pressure Washing-Buildings, Gas Station Canopies, etc.
Spring 2014 Minor Drywall or Trim Repair Light Painting 24 HR Emergency Board Up Service-Securing Property-After Fire, Storm, Vehicle vs Building etc.
General Labor Services-Disaster Clean Up, Basement Clean Out ETC.
We will also be looking for good people with commercial cleaning & janitorial experience so if you know of anyone in the Bolingbrook area then please pass this ad along.
These would be evening positions starting after 6 PM.
We offer:
Weekly Direct Deposit Flexible Time Off With Notice Substantial raise after completion of 6 month probation period We will be conducting interviews between December 27th & December 31st.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
