Bar Supervisor
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company recipes for guests at the bar Broad knowledge of mixed drink options; Communicate drink specials to guests Prior to and during shift stock bar, including changing kegs, cutting garnish and filling coolers Promptly greet guests in a friendly manner Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests Maximizes bar profitability by ensuring portion control; monitoring accuracy of charges Manage inventory and ordering Accurately process guest payments, process credit card charges and make change At the end of shift, sweep all floors, mop required areas, empty all trash cans, secure open liquors, wash and sanitize glassware and supplies, restock coolers for next shift, secure all monies and transaction information
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old One year experience as a bartender required Energetic outgoing positive personality Ability to stand for more than 4 hours BASSET certification required/ Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
