At least 5 years kitchen experience with at least one year in leadership position (sous chef, chef de partie) Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. Ability to lead and oversee the kitchen in the absence of the chef Strong communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
