ality customer service and customer service protocols Working knowledge and practical application for quality control, process improvement, process management, decision making Experience in Customer Service Management and logistics High Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience with order processing Self-motivated to assume responsibility of problems and drive to obtain closure leading to customer satisfaction Capable of keeping the customer and the Service team informed about progress through proper utilization of communication tools such as the CRM software Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with various internal and external customers Able to cooperate and communicate within a team environment 5
