This is achieved by delivering industry leading customer service, support, and training to Subcontractors, General Contractors, Architects, Owners and Developers. You will build relationships with clients by working directly with them over the phone and in person. This opportunity will allow you to gain valuable industry experience and learn first-hand what it takes to successfully implement Textura s full suite of construction collaboration solutions.
Responsibilities:
Assist your team with the implementation of the Textura solution for both new and existing clients Lead web-based and on-site training for both new and current Textura users Master the capabilities of the Textura system and consult our customers on how tomost effectively use our applications within their organization Perform internal acceptance testing on new functionality and communicate your testing results to Textura s IT team Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor s egree is preferred 0-3 ears of experience in Customer Service, Accounting,
Finance, or Computer Science Professional aptitude for Consulting, Accounting, and/or Construction Microsoft Excel skills required Exceptional Interpersonal Relationship and Communication Skills Ability to solve complex problems under pressure Experience or aptitude to developing or re-engineering business processes High level of comfort with computers and technology Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%) Apply Now:
