Part-Time Barista Position (West Town)
Hello! Duran European Sandwiches Cafe in West Town is looking for an experienced part-time barista to join our team.
As a relatively new cafe, our business is steadily growing and we need someone to fill a few shifts during the week, and to cover during other employees' vacation time.
Additionally, our current FOH Manager will be leaving us later this year; we would love to hire someone who has interest in future management opportunities.
Barista duties include:
-Making exceptional espresso drinks using a manual machine -Taking orders and running food -Familiarizing oneself with our food, pastry, and beverage menus -Working both independently and as part of a team during busy lunch hours -Opening and closing the store Requirements for this position:

years barista experience on a manual espresso machine -Latte art skills strongly preferred -City of Chicago sanitation certification encouraged -POS experience (we use Micros) -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Early morning availability (opening shifts start at 6:
