Preschool Teacher
CO-OP NURSERY SCHOOL Co-Op Nursery School, in Lombard, is seeking a preschool teacher to start immediately.
This person will work with 3's and young 4's 3 days a week and toddlers 1 day.
Will start as assistant to learn program.
Strong potential to be rehired next year.
SUMMARY Must be able to work well with parents and family members EDUCATION OTHER REQUIREMENTS Excellent organizational skills required Ability to be flexible in assignment and work hours required COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills required PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Must have a high level of energy Able to stoop, sit on the floor and move from a seated to standing position promptly to respond to emergency situations Willing and able to jump, dance, walk, run, etc.
with children and be outdoors with children daily Must possess acceptable hearing and visual capabilities in order to monitor the environment and children's well being Must be able to lift and hold at least 40 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
