You MUST HAVE at least four years experience in a sit down restaurant/ bar.
Counter service or fast food establishments DO NOT COUNT.
Beer knowledge is a necessity.
You must be able to discuss beers and beverages with guests.
You must be passionate about food, beer, drinks, people, this business - we need people who can discuss food and drink enthusiastically and are willing to represent an amazing place.
It's hard work, but incredibly rewarding for the right people.

- a resume detailing past work experience in bar/restaurant setting - a recent photo - desired number of shifts - days that you are unable to work including any upcoming weekends you would not be able to work (any scheduling conflicts) We will be conducting interviews on the afternoon of Wednesday, the 26th of March and the following Wednesday, the 2nd of April, please let us know if you are unable to attend interviews.
