Sr. Program Manager (Commercial-HVAC) - PECI

Responsibilities:
Strong client management experience Excellent organization and time management skills Manage large program design projects, including
responsibility for developing work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, and managing the project to success Lead team in start-up efforts for new programs Continuously assess project progress to goal and developing creative solutions to new issues or market information Manage and mentor the team, as well as setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives for direct reports and subcontractors Develop partnerships with subcontractors and other industry affiliates Evaluate, edit, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance and timeliness Represent the company to clients and industry associations, including delivering presentations about the company's services and opportunities Create financial models and budgets to evaluate and manage projects and opportunities Prioritize and manage shared resources between projects Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or Master Business Administration strongly preferred Seven-plus years of experience in project management and/or consulting, energy efficiency or utility experience highly desired Must have direct supervisory experience Success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plans Ability to take full responsibility for projects (from beginning to end) Contract development, negotiation, and management experience Successful background in developing influential strategic partnerships Proven track record of developing and retaining client relationships Ability to inspire and motivate others to accomplish their goals Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation skills, including both speaking and writing Advanced skills in Excel and Salesforce To Apply:
