We have been in business for over 28 years and are looking for an experienced project manager/superintendent and estimator to add to our expanding family.
RESPONSIBILITIES Writes scope of work for proposals (EST) Estimate projects in a timely fashion (EST) Able to manage multiple projects at once (EST) Follow up on leads (EST) (PM) Travels to jobsite (PM) Supervises workers to make sure work is being done and completed on time.
(PM) Coordinate projects (PM) Work closely with sub-contractors and develop a relationship with clients (PM) REQUIREMENTS MUST have reliable transportation 5
years of experience in the field is preferred MUST have knowledge about all aspects of the construction field Strong attention to detail MUST BE READY TO START ASAP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
