Responsibilities:

Work with the clinical staff to implement activities (picture schedules, task strips, structured teaching tasks, etc.
) aimed at developing targeted skills.
7.
Communicate progress, issues and other information about the work completed with the child/adult to the parents/guardians and Case Coordinator on a regular basis.
8.
Participate in on-the-job or in-office supervision meetings with the Case Coordinator to review child/adult's progress, give and receive feedback on job performance and problem solve issues.
11.
Maintain an accurate and complete record of hours worked on timesheet forms and ensure that parents/guardians sign form after each shift worked.
Submit timesheet forms on the last day of each pay period.
12.
Accurately, objectively and legibly document the child/adult's progress on prescribed Family Support Staff Progress Note forms and submit them by the last day of each month.
14.
Attend quarterly staff meetings throughout the year.
17.
Recognize and accept responsibility as a mandated reporter of abuse and neglect.
19.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING This position is part of the collective bargaining unit.
Management has the right to schedule work hours and determine the work to be performed.
Supervisors must have the flexibility to adjust to changes in scheduling, (including hours, the total number of work hours and work assignments) brought on by program needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
