Rationalize and simplify existing code base.
Act as a SME for business processes and suggest related improvements.
Assist the Applications & Development Manager in development and execution of an enterprise data integration strategy.
Train, mentor and otherwise collaborate with team members to ensure conformance to standards, consistency and quality of work.
Effectively translate business needs, both stated and implied, into workable solutions at all stages of the project process, from envisioning to end product delivery.
Required Qualifications 7
years experience of designing and delivering business applications using.
NET in a variety of platforms ( ASP.
Net , SharePoint, Silverlight, Windows Forms, etc).
Strong command of essential technologies (C#, VB.
NET , ASP.
NET , LINQ, Entity Framework, AJAX, XML/XSLT).
Expert knowledge of software development processes and best practices utilizing.
NET and related technologies, such as Visual Studio 2010 and TFS; strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Thorough knowledge of database design and SQL development, including creation of advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.
Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented design patterns and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), including technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, WCF and Web Services.
Strong communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to tailor communications for the intended audience.
Ability to function at a high level in a very fast-paced environment where requirements and projects may change quickly.
Strong project management skills, with proven ability to multi-task and maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, and trends related to architecture and application development.
Other Qualifications (not required) SharePoint development experience.
Silverlight experience.
SQL Server Reporting Services/Integration Services/Analysis Services (or other BI stack experience).
Experience administering Team Foundation Server.
Familiarity with BizTalk or other EAI tools.
VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) experience.
