Work at any number of locations, both indoor and outdoor.Essential Duties & Responsibilities o Maintain bushes, hedges, and weeds o Clean exterior of buildings, including parking lots and flower beds o Work well with vendors o Keep landscaping equipment in full functioning order and repair equipment when necessary o Support maintenance staff as needed o Wipe down kiosks, safe deposit boxes, elevator stainless steel o Keep detailed records of work doneSupervisory RequirementsPersonnel Management:
This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform successfully the essential functions of this job.
