Recruiting Assistant
Trillium Staffing has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Assistant in Morton, IL! Position
Summary:
Support the office by assisting branch personnel with the administrative, clerical, and customer service functions of day-to-day branch operations.
Essential Functions:
-Responsible for greeting visitors and determining the appropriate application and evaluation process to be utilized.
-Maintains accurate records of applicant traffic through StaffSuite entries.
-Handles incoming calls in an appropriate and professional manner.
-Processes payroll information as requested. Submits New Hire Report to the state and submits WOTC/8850 forms to the appropriate agency as assigned.
-Maintains adequate supply of forms, orientation materials, and office supplies.
-Completes all required documentation and reference checks as requested by branch personnel.
-Various administrative and clerical duties including sorting and distributing of mail, filing, preparing branch correspondence and proposals, and maintaining files.
-Maintains integrity of StaffSuite database by accurately inputting data.
-Reliable and dependable attendance is an expected essential function of this position.
-Responsible for working well with others and maintaining positive attitude within a team environment.
-Participates in and successfully completes all training classes as required by management in a timely manner.
-Adheres to all Handbook policies and procedures.
-Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Job Specifics:
This is a first shift position, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Pay is $10.00/hour. This position is full time, permanent.

Applicants will need to complete computer testing before they can be considered for this position. Testing will cover data entry, typing, and software.
