Trillium Staffing has an immediate opening for a Settlement Coordinator in Morton, IL! Job
Summary:
This position performs accounting and administrative duties to support the settlement department. Candidates should have excellent phone, computer (including Excel), and critical thinking skills. Transportation experience is a plus!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Process weekly independent contractors settlements
-Prepare and review settlement reports
-Research, analyze, and resolve settlement related problems or questions

Jobs Specifics:
This a first shift position, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Pay ranges from $14.00/hour - $15.00/hour based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
-Excellent Excel skills
-Bachelor's Degree
-Minimum of 3 years experience in account processing

Applicants will need to complete computer testing before they can be considered for this position. Testing will cover data entry, typing, and software. Speed and accuracy are of the utmost importance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
