Position Profile:
Business analyst for Syteline is responsible for identifying, deploying and maintaining the appropriate software solutions to ensure plant overall success.
Responsibilities include management and support of the enterprise ERP system (Syteline), ERP software training, security profiles, plant information and systems administration. Supports user functional specification definition and development of technical specifications. Maintains production and test environments. Coordinates the interface of information systems with corporate and other divisions within the corporation. Also helps to support other ERP systems across the company.

Responsibilities:
On Demand Operations: Responsible for management of user satisfaction. Coordination of plant and corporate operational activities. Supports Plant and corporate IT projects and scope changes. Manage delivery issues and risks and creates mitigation strategies. Perform escalation processes appropriately and communicates with plant and corporate management as timely as possible. Responsible for Plant IT administration activities (superuser development , documentation and standard procedures,) on a timely basis.
On Premise Operations: Coordination of production and test ERP system operational activities. Responsible to develop and maintain standard procedures for software testing, upgrade verification, training and deployment. Responsible to maintain valid rotation of backups for all ERP and ERP-related systems. Manage vendor relationships and software licenses. Use Nelson Global Products standards in operational processes, support and deployments. Coordinate administration for User connectivity. Participate on the Information Technology team to help improve the overall IT deliverables and user support.
Plant Management: Provide IT input as part of the plant management team. Participate in setting customer-oriented direction for the management team and all employees. Establish goals and objectives for team, plan tasks and steps necessary to accomplish them. Structure meetings and agendas and engage others to ensure project and program success. Identify issues, risks and mitigation strategies and establish forums with appropriate IT and management and staff to resolve. Take responsibility for successful enhancement and delivery operational best practices. Enable success of others.
Personal Development: Typically complete 1-2 weeks of ERP and technical training per year. Establish proficiency in formal presentations and communications; SQL server environments; and Infor SyteLine ERP system. Develop formal project management skills.
Other duties as reasonably required of this role or requested by management including support to other ERP systems across the company.
Education /
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
5-8 years in implementing, managing and supporting ERP applications and ERP-related applications including EDI. Infor SyteLine and SQL experience preferred.
SQL server, SQL, Crystal Reports and Microsoft Office. Standard ERP for manufacturing business applications knowledgeable. Systems Administration activities. Proven experience in managing information services operation, programming or systems administration area. General knowledge of company's IT objectives and strategies. Experience with deploying on-demand ERP software training program for all users.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively handle any situation. Performance Management& Personnel Assessment skills. Knowledgeable in software development processes & lifecycle management. Enables success of others.
Good organizational, leadership/decision making and communications skills. Able to effectively lead teams.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
