We are looking for a Stylist Manager to lead a team of stylists.
The successful candidate will have a relentless desire to drive process improvement, build a great team culture and performance manage for team excellence.
This candidate is passionate about styling and fashion, leans in and styles along with the Stylists to better understand Customer needs and internal systems.
This team's operating hours are 5am-10pm PST, 7 days a week, and are subject to change.
Candidates must have the flexibility to work a variety of shift tasks including nights/weekends/holidays.
Responsibilities and skills:
Setting clear goals and driving performance in program KPIs Managing individual and team performance expectations and goals Working with human resources and Regional Management to recruit team members and onboard new hires Partnering with our training lead to train our stylists and effectively utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures Developing team best practices to create an exciting, supportive, ambitious and innovative culture Understanding different local fashion trends and deep diving into Amazon customers' fashion preferences, and using this information to develop new styling strategies Delivering results quickly with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment Communicating effectively, including verbal and written skills, and influencing across levels Demonstrating strong business acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and a willingness to be vocally self-critical.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
