Amazon Web Services' Technical Recruiting Organization (TRO) team is looking for a customer focused, dynamic, Senior Program Manager to own and drive our global diversity strategy.
This thought-leader will work in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition (TA)/Human Resources (HR)/Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) and business leaders to operationalize diversity programs and execution to align with TA delivery goals aligned with our 2025 diversity strategy.

Diversity Recruiting Program Manager will report to a TRO Sr Talent Acquisition Manager and serve as a member of the TRO TA leadership team.
If selected, you will own the diversity strategy and goals for TRO and enable the broader TRO TA Org to achieve all of the defined diversity goals.
You will have the freedom to innovate in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting organization, while focusing on the incubation, design and deployment of global diversity recruitment strategy.
You will have the opportunity to operate as a strategic leader, building mechanisms that inspect and measure for the right results, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a senior TA PMs who possesses excellent communication skills and the desire to roll up his/her/their sleeves to drive execution.
Responsibilities:
Drive sourcing enablement strategy, capability and delivery across a geographically dispersed team within North America to proactively build diverse technical and non-technical candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels.
Partner with key business, HR and TA stakeholders to determine future talent needs, set and drive enabling sourcing strategies.
This requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels (both domestic US and internationally).
Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement.
Develop and execute to plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the Org to deliver to hiring goals.
Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company projects and initiatives related to diversity in talent acquisition.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
