Core Dermatology Position Overview:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Spa Coordinator.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience at our Spa.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Schedule and coordinate spa appointments efficiently.
Manage spa-related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Ensure seamless and enjoyable experience for spa visitors.
Collaborate with the spa team to maintain a clean and organized spa environment.
Utilize organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to customer service.
Prior experience in spa, healthcare, or retail settings is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work early evenings.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
