Chef/Sous Chef (Chicago )
OVERVIEW This opportunity is for a food truck that will be operating in and around Chicago beginning on or around September 1, 2013.
Previous food truck experience is welcomed but may be substituted for similiar high volume/efficient brick and mortar operations work.
REQUIREMENTS Must have own/reliable vehicle as work sites are likely to change daily.
Must have completed the City of Chicago's Food Sanitation Certification Course within the past 90 days.
Chef's and Sous Chef's of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
