COM About the position - Seasonal FTD Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking orders for flowers and specialty gift items, assisting customers with questions relating to floral orders placed via the internet, and resolving issues or investigating problems with orders by working with both the customer and the florist to maintain FTD's high standards.
Seasonal FTD Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for taking orders and relaying customer service inquiries, as well as some sales (upselling).
The position requires excellent sales, speaking, problem solving, computer and customer service skills.
Experience within a call center environment is a plus.
Rate of pay is up to $11/hour.
