Responsibilities Include:
Record and update account activity including borrowers financial status, demographics, and collection efforts associated with resolving their accounts Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts and special projects, including but not limited to:
address changes, adding tags, editing user defined pages, adding/editing phone numbers, adding/editing references, adding/editing payment schedules and assisting with account rehab submissions Meet monthly personal collection goals including account rehabilitation move-ups, saves, and letters and applications returned Apply Now!:
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED 2
years of Call Center Sales or Call Center Customer Service experience Excellent communication and computer skills Willing to submit to, and able to pass, a comprehensive background check, that includes criminal and credit checks, and pre-employment drug screen APPLY TODAY!:
