Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Complete opening and closing checklist/duties Adhere to Patient Pathway policies and procedures Greet patients with smiles and compassion Register new patients according to established office protocols Assist patien
ts to complete all necessary forms and documentation Verify and update patient information Inform patients of dental office procedures and policies Move patients through appointments as scheduled Enter all relevant patient information and medical history into data system Answer and manage incoming calls Schedule patient appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol Check daily appointment schedule Prepare for next day appointments Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits info Fill in cancellations and no-shows Track incoming lab work appropriately Collect and receive payments from patients at time of treatment Arrange payment schedule with patients, if needed refer to collector Maintain no-show/cancellation reactivation report Fulfill end of day functions Maintain a professional reception area Education and Experience Minimum of 1 year experience in the dental industry REQUIRED Working knowledge of Eagle Soft or experience with similar patient management software Working knowledge of dental insurances Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis General education degree or high school diploma and/or Coronal Polishing and Sealant Certified is a very plus Key Competencies/Required Skills Passion Consistency Self-Discipline Communication skills Customer service skills Multitasking Time management Accuracy Attention to detail Team work Adaptability 3020 Bluestem Court Naperville, IL 60565Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
