Line Cook Kemper Sports Management REPORTS TO:
Executive Chef Position
Summary:
We are seeking experience line cooks to prepare food in accordance with company recipes and standards.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve all required food items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
Set up service units and prep cook station with needed items.
Maintain and break down as appropriate.
Maintain neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules and sanitation standards at all times.
Requisition items needed to produce menu items.
Rotate, cover, date and neatly store all products.
Perform other duties as appropriate.
Qualifications:
High school required.
Culinary Degree or students preferred.
2-3 years culinary experience required, preferably in the golf or country club industry.
Chicago and/or ServSafe certified preferred.
Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Must have the ability to:
Read and write (English) Communicate verbally with staff members and/or customers Give and/or follow verbal and written instructions Visually inspect all work areas Perform mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages Retrieve, read and interpret information from technical sources Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to 5 hours at a time Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs constantly Equal Opportunity Employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
