Data Entry Clerk (part time with possibility of full time) Data Entry Clerk Job Purpose:
Maintains database by entering new and updating registration documents, health records, and attendance for registered children in our Program into the Early Education and Care (EEC) eCCIMS system and Office Center. Data Entry Clerk Job Duties:
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities. Processes documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies by using standard proc
edures or returning incomplete documents to staff for resolution. Enters daily attendances and health record data by inputting both alphabetic and numeric information into databases. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data in addition to purging files to eliminate duplication of data. Secures information by completing data base backups. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties as assigned. - Minimum of an Associated D
egree in computer science, business, or comparable training/education in computer and data entry - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word Suite - Experience working in a hospital, school or large organization entering data moria@crispus-attucks.orgEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
