Customer Service Rep - Hanover Park

Self-starter needed for fast paced Field Services Company.
Position entails working with remote contractors in multiple states via internet and telephone, managing day-to-day office tasks, data entry and other projects as assigned by director of operations.
Will train on field specific software, but general familiar with spreadsheets.
Fast past in customer service environment beneficial.

Requirements - Hours 9am - 6pm (Mon -- Fri) - Multi-Tasker - Proficient in Excel - Proficient in Outlook - Above average typing skills - Able to handle min 50 calls/day - General computer skills essential including ftp, file conversion, etc - Mind set to exceed client expectations and continuous improvement -.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
