The main duties/tasks of the position are to own and drive preservation of the property's physical attributes by conducting repairs and preventative maintenance.
Must possess great time management, communication skills, painting, carpentry & general maintenance skills.
Knowledge, understanding and demonstration of preventative maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite of Products, internet navigation and online applications a plus.
Previous experience and HVAC certified preferred.

On call hours are required.
Background and drug screening required.
