About the Role:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Driving sales activities to meet and exceed sales call, lead conversion and revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Penetrate and present to C:
level executives in EVERY account you sell to, no exceptions.
Understand and analyze customer needs and develop business propositions to differentiate and sell the SuccessFactors value proposition / ROI and messaging across HR, L and D and C:
level execs.
Effectively articulate our value proposition for our Learning solution.
Leading a team:
centric approach to sales qualification and revenue closure, working closely with sales account managers, sales consultant (presales) and consulting personnel in a complex, enterprise sales environment Productively communicate current and future product features and sales enable SuccessFactors/SAP account managers on the e:
Learning product.
Required Skills and
Experience:
Seasoned Enterprise Sales Professional :

years of successful sales experience.
Software Apps Sales Experience :
5
years of sales experience selling software apps or SaaS.
Successful sales experience selling LMS or e:
Learning platforms application solutions (Saba, SumTotal, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc) Successful sales experience selling e:
Learning platforms application solutions.
Deep knowledge of the Learning and Development Market C:
Level Sales Expertise :
A proven ability to effectively present and sell to C:
level execs.
Stability :
A history of intelligent career decisions that resulted in wildly successful, non:
