Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention Support and maintain client relationships Review and evaluate prospective clients' current insurance coverage and present alternatives based on coverage and price Process endorsements Verify accuracy of policies Prepare proposals and presentations Develop strong working relationships with underwriters Prepares new and renewal accounts for marketing and placement Responsible for policy processing Perform functions on agency management system proficiently Handle routine service activities including endorsements, audits, invoicing etc.
