Responsibilities:
-Enter relevant information into the Oracle Sales database.
-Proactively communicate on a weekly basis to field sales engineers force to ensure team cohesiveness.
-Manage web inquiries and customer service leads.
-Capture qualified leads into Oracles Sales, assigning them to the appropriate field sales engineer based on product, territory and channel structure.
General Requirements:
-Degree from a four year accredited college is preferred.
-1:
5 years of relevant experience in lead management or customer service environment.
Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) required.
-Proven organizational skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
Demonstrated success in an outbound call center environment.
-Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
