Great hours Responsibilities and Duties for CSR in Order:
Responsible for all incoming referrals and orders, including but not limited to:
Patient demographics Insurance information and verification Physician information Diagnosis Billing information Informs patient of insurance policy benefits.
Assists in the inventory control of rented equipment.
Responsible for working reports within our billing system.
Demonstrates a good attitude when dealing with customers.
Markets the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Assumes other duties within scope of training as assigned by the General Manager, HR Manager, CSR Managerand Owners.
