Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service/Technical Support Representative will be responsible for:

Familiarity with parts catalogs and computer displays in order to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices :
Ability to discuss use of parts based on knowledge of machines and equipment :
Demonstrate and explain functionality of parts to customer :
Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing accounts.

Communicate daily with sales team/management on the status of orders and customer concerns :
Maintain and enhance own product and technical knowledge in the heavy equipment and crane industry.

Follow:
up on leads and opportunities :
At least 5 years of sales / service experience in the industrial (heavy equipment) market :
An associate's degree or technical school / technical training a plus :

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
