Responsibilities:
Develops program objectives and gains support from all team members involved to insure customer demands for successful launches are met:
objectives include:
Timing and Engineering Support both Internally and Externally to meet company requirements.
Evaluate and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization and production issues Quality, Delivery, Cost Responsibility:
involved in both launch and legacy quality issues Actively works with internal and external resources to maintain customer schedules, ensures countermeasures in place to correct unfavorable variances, and communicates with departments involved for continuous improvement of products, services and customer relationships.
Minimum Education, Experience and Core Competency Requirements:
Bachelor degree with minimum 4 years' experience with project management as well as broad understanding of product development engineering practices, principles and procedures, etc.
or equivalent with knowledge and expertise related to customer product lifecycles and is technically current in respective field Understanding of Injection Molding and design.
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, conflict management and leadership skills.
Ability to multi:
task while demonstrating ability to support, motivate and train others to meet deadlines and requirements Broad knowledge of:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
