As a Global Practice Manager leading a team of Industry Specialists, you will help define the solutions we bring to market while applying those solutions to specific customer requirements.
A well-qualified executive level candidate would have a minimum of 10 years of experience related to manufacturing, transportation, supply chain and customer experiences.
Your customer experience would include both retail and manufacturing environments.
Ultimately, you will help us achieve our goal of becoming the market leader and most respected solution provider for cloud enabled workflows across CPG, Retail, Travel and Hospitality and Transportation and Logistic industries.
As part of the Global Consumer Products AWS ProServe team, we are looking for a Practice Manager with a successful track record of leading enterprise customers through a variety of transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations.
In this leadership position, you and your team will collaborate across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation and scale based upon customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Engage customers and partners - collaborate with AWS sales teams to develop strong customer and partner relationships and build a growing business globally, driving AWS adoption in key markets and accounts.
Coach and mentor - collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help customers and partners learn and use AWS services related to IOT edge services, ML/AI, and Data Analytics.
Hire and build a team of industry specialist world-wide to provide hand-on-keyboard support to Global CPG, Retail, Travel and Hospitality and Transportation and Logistic Customers Lead great people - attract top Industry Specialist talent to build high performing teams of consultants with superior technical depth, and outstanding customer relationship skills.
Be the customer advocate - Work with AWS stakeholders to ensure we deliver a superior customer experience.
Drive solution strategy - Work across Business Development, Partners, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, and our Customers to define forward looking solutions for common workloads associated with Consumer Products industries.
